How to add property specific disclosure text to the footer of a property website

If you need to add disclosure or disclaimer copy that's specific to a property address you can do so by customizing the footer template of the corresponding property website. Navigate to the Edit Website Design screen for the property in your CRIBFLYER admin panel and follow along with the screenshots below.

Please note: if you'd like to add disclosures or disclaimer copy to the footer of all property websites assigned to a specific agent or team you can do that from the Team Disclaimer screen. If you need to add disclosure documents to the website you can do that from the Documents & Links screen.

Navigate to the Website Editor and click to open the Sections + Layout menu if it doesn't open automatically.

Then click to edit the Bottom Footer section.

Click the Customize button for the selected footer layout template.

Set the Show property specific disclosure drop down menu to YES. Then click to edit the default Property disclosure text field that appears just below.

Edit your property specific disclosure text as desired and then Save Changes
