Link to an External Booking Calendar

You can embed a link to a third-party booking calendar service on your property website so visitors can schedule showings directly without leaving your site. This streamlines the scheduling process and reduces friction for potential buyers interested in viewing the property.

To add the link, select the property in your admin panel and go to the Appointment Calendar screen. Enter the text you want shown in the navigation bar, enter the URL of your booking calendar, and click Save Link.

How to remove the link

To take the link off your website, clear both the link or button text field and the Calendar URL field, then click Save Link. You will see the message "Updated. Link removed." and the link will no longer appear in your website's navigation bar.

Both fields have to be emptied. If you clear only one of them the form will tell you that "Link text and a valid URL are both required" and nothing will be saved.
